Refund policy

Since we sell used toys we do not offer refunds.  The only exception would be if we have made a mistake with your order or if the item received was not as described.

All the toys we sell are in good used condition, but they are not new.

If you live in the EU and use the new 14 cooling off period to return an order you are responsible for the return shipping costs.  I will only issue a refund once I have received the returned order.
